How it Works
We want you to be happy with your Zotos Professional purchases. If you feel that a Zotos Professional product you purchased doesn’t meet your performance expectations, just let us know within 30 days of your purchase. We are happy to issue you a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping fees) after completing our returns process.

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, fill out our contact us form and include your order number and which items you’d like to return.
What items are returnable?
We are able to accept returns on any item purchased within the last 30 days that is not overly used.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once the return process is confirmed complete via email, you will receive a credit within 2-3 weeks. Note, original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
