MIXING RATIO 1:1
• Measure 2 fl oz (60ml) 5-Minute Express Toner + 2 fl oz (60ml) 5-Minute Express Toner Developer into a hair color applicator bottle.
• Mix well.
• For ease of mixing add developer first and then add toner.

APPLICATION FOR PRE-LIGHTENED HAIR
• Apply to damp, towel-dried pre-lightened hair.
• Process up to 5 minutes or until desired shade is achieved.
• Rinse hair thoroughly; Follow with your favorite Ultra Bond shampoo and conditioner.

A: Ultra Bond 5-minute Express Toners were designed to process for up to 5 minutes or until the desired color result is achieved. Processing longer than 5 minutes could result in a deeper color result.
